Purchasing and Usage Instructions

  • Grade Selection: Prefer premium grades (MFR 2.5-3.5g/10min, color beads ≤5/kg). Avoid using qualified grades for wire drawing applications (they are prone to linting). For outdoor use, add an additional UV stabilizer (such as carbon black masterbatch, at a dosage of 3-5%).
  • Storage and Shelf Life: Store in a dry and ventilated environment (humidity ≤ 70%). The shelf life is 12 months from the original packaging. After opening, use within 2 months.
  • Substitution and Blending Recommendations: Do not directly substitute for high melt index injection molding PP grade (such as HP500N). However, blend with the same type of T30S (from different manufacturers) (ratio ≤ 30%). Melt index consistency must be tested beforehand.
