PP HP500N is a general-purpose resin for injection moulding applications in the polypropylene (PP) family. This grade offers a well-balanced combination of processability, stiffness, and surface quality, making it one of the most widely used and cost-effective polypropylene grades in the market. It is suitable for a broad range of consumer and industrial applications. The major manufacturers include LyondellBasell (Moplen series), Saudi Arabia’s SABIC, and China’s JINNENG,etc.

Based primarily on high-purity propylene, HP500N is produced via gas-phase polymerization and pelletized. The pellets are natural-colored, cylindrical, 2-5mm in size, odorless, non-toxic, and free of mechanical impurities. As a relatively low-density general-purpose plastic (0.90-0.936 g/cm³), polypropylene HP500N combines lightweighting with cost-effectiveness, making it a common material in both industrial and residential applications.
