Main Applications of PP HGX-030

Fiber and yarn applications. Such as woven industrial fabrics, bags, ropes and cords, woven carpet backing, woven geotextiles, etc.
Large component manufacturing. Due to its good rigidity and mechanical properties, PP HGX-030SP is suitable for manufacturing various large components.
Food packaging. Due to its food contact compliance, it can be used to produce various food packaging materials.

Performance Characteristics

Processability. Due to its good melt flowability and processing stability, Marlex HGX-030SP is easy to process by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other processing methods, and is suitable for large-scale production.
Molding shrinkage. Low and stable molding shrinkage helps control product dimensional accuracy and reduce scrap rate.
Chemical resistance. Polypropylene material itself has good resistance to a variety of chemicals, and PP HGX-030SP is no exception, which makes it suitable for occasions where it comes into contact with a variety of chemicals.
