Suitable Melt Flow Rate. HDPE Lotrene TR 144 exhibits a melt index of 0.18 g/10 min (190°C/2.16 kg) and an HLMI of 15 g/10 min (190°C/21.6 kg), enabling efficient flow and processability in film manufacturing processes such as blown film extrusion.
Excellent Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR). Under Condition B (100% Igepal), the F50 value exceeds 1000 hours, demonstrating outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking and contributing to extended film service life.
