Prime Evolue™ mLLDPE is manufactured using advanced single-site metallocene catalyst technology combined with proprietary bimodal polymerization and gas-phase polymerization processes. As a hexene-based (C6) metallocene linear low-density polyethylene, it is engineered to deliver an exceptional balance of mechanical strength, processing performance, optical properties, and sealing characteristics.

Compared with conventional Ziegler–Natta LLDPE, Evolue™ features a more uniform molecular structure and a narrower molecular weight distribution, resulting in superior toughness, puncture resistance, heat-sealing performance, and film uniformity. These outstanding characteristics have made Evolue™ one of the leading high-performance polyethylene resins for premium flexible packaging applications across Asia.
