Lotte EVA LVS430, with 19% VA content, is a high performance ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) material, and it is mainly designed for injection molding, foaming and compounding. As a thermoplastic with excellent performance and wide application, this resin has good chemical stability and is resistant to corrosion from seawater, grease, acid, alkali and other chemicals. It is also antibacterial, non-toxic, odorless and pollution-free.
Main Applications of EVA LVS430
Due to its excellent elasticity, wear resistance and processing properties, which makes it an ideal material choice for hoses, wheels, soles and hot melt adhesives. Especially EVA VS430 resin is an excellent raw material for foam applications.
- Shoe soles. It is suitable for all types of footwear, and provides good comfort and wear resistance.
- Hose. Flexible and suitable for manufacturing hoses for various purposes.
- Cross-linked foam wheels. Excellent wear resistance and flexibility, suitable for high load and high impact environments.
- Injection molding applications. Easy to process, suitable for manufacturing parts and components with complex shapes.

Performance Characteristics
- Processability. EVA LVS430 has excellent processability and can be processed into various products through various molding methods such as injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, etc. Its joint-free characteristics make the processing process smoother and easy to carry out subsequent processing such as hot pressing, cutting, gluing, and lamination.
- Transparency and softness. Due to the high VA content, EVA LVS430 has excellent transparency and softness, which is very suitable for making products that require these characteristics.
- Environmental protection. As a thermoplastic, EVA LVS430 has relatively little impact on the environment during production and disposal. At the same time, due to its recyclability, it also meets the requirements of modern environmental protection concepts.
