Main Uses of Exceed™ 2010RA

  • Flexible Packaging Films. Exceed™ 2010RA works well in flexible packaging films where mechanical durability plays an important role. Its combination of tensile performance, elongation, impact resistance, and tear strength helps converters develop films for demanding packaging environments.
  • Heavy-Duty Packaging Bags. The resin can serve in heavy-duty bags and industrial packaging products that require good resistance to mechanical stress. Its toughness allows the finished film to handle demanding filling, stacking, transportation, and loading conditions.
  • Multilayer Coextruded Films. mLLDPE 2010RA can form part of multilayer coextruded film structures. Converters can combine it with other polyethylene grades or polyolefin materials to assign different functions to individual layers and achieve a more targeted balance of strength, flexibility, sealing, and processing performance.
  • Food Packaging. The grade can be used in selected food packaging structures, including flexible and multilayer films. Its mechanical properties contribute to packaging durability during production, filling, distribution, and consumer handling. Food-contact suitability should always be evaluated according to the applicable regulations, market requirements, final formulation, and intended end use.
  • Agricultural Films. Exceed™ 2010RA is also suitable for selected agricultural film applications. Its combination of toughness and elongation can help films withstand mechanical stress during installation and service.
  • Stretch and Shrink Films. This material can also support stretch film and shrink film formulations where film strength and resistance to mechanical damage are important. Processors can adjust the formulation and processing conditions according to the required thickness, film structure, and end-use performance.
