Main Models and Uses of Xinfa PVC Resin

PVC SG-3 is mainly used to produce general-purpose soft products such as films, hoses, leather, wires and cables.
PVC SG-5 is suitable for manufacturing pipes, pipe fittings, plates, calendered products, injection molded products, profiles and sandals.
PVC SG-7/SG-8 is often used to produce bottles, sheets, calendered products, hard injection and molded pipes, etc.

Performance Characteristics

Good chemical stability. The resin has high chemical resistance, water resistance, wear resistance, and is not easily corroded by general chemicals. It can be used in a variety of chemical environments.
Good insulation. It is non-conductive and can be used as an insulating material for wires and cables, which can effectively ensure the safety of electricity use.
Thermoplasticity. Xinfa PVC can be softened by heat and hardened after cooling. It can be made into plastic products of various shapes through various processing methods such as molding, lamination, injection molding, extrusion, calendering, and blow molding.
