Main applications	PVC SG3 is suitable for leathers, hoses, wire cables, shoes and other general purpose soft products.		PVC SG5 can be mainly used for pipes, profiles, fittings, panels, injection, moulding, sandals, hard tube and decorative materials,etc.	Both PVC SG7 and PVC SG8 are suitable for sheets, bottles, calendaring, rigid injection molding and molded pipes.

Product Categories of Tianye PVC Resin

Suspension-process general-purpose PVC resin is polymerized from vinyl chloride monomer. Due to factors such as polymerization process and reaction conditions, 8 different models can be produced, and the degree of polymerization is usually 590-1500. According to the amount of vinyl chloride contained, it can be divided into three types: industrial grade, food grade, and sanitary grade. It has the appearance of white powder or white particles and can be used to produce polyvinyl chloride hard products, soft products, coatings and adhesives.
Suspension-process polyvinyl chloride special resins include TYXG-1000, TY-800, TY-1000, TY-1300, TYH-2500 and other models. Each model has a different degree of polymerization. Other special resins can be produced according to customer needs and used in building materials, packaging materials, electronic equipment, furniture, decorative materials and other fields.
Micro-suspension PVC paste resin is a vinyl chloride homopolymer produced by the micro-suspension process. It is mixed with plasticizers to form a dispersed paste for molding. It can be used for processing and coating artificial leather, wallpaper, color steel plates, foam floors, gloves, toys, etc. It can also be used for the preparation of coatings, adhesives, inks and sealing materials.
