Features of JADE PET Resin

Strong applicability. The density of JADE PET resin is 1.33-1.38g/cm³. It has heat resistance, good light resistance, acid resistance, and is not easy to react when in contact with oxidants and reducing agents, but its alkali resistance is poor, its hygroscopicity is low, and its conductivity is poor. It can be widely used in different fields.
Good processing performance. The resin has a low processing temperature, a wide processing range, high product transparency, and a high yield rate. In the bottle making process, the production efficiency is high, the degradation is small, and when the heat setting treatment is carried out under the general working conditions of the mainstream bottle making machine, the induced orientation rate is high and the crystallization performance is stable.
Excellent quality. It has the characteristics of good color value, low acetaldehyde content, and stable viscosity. It can effectively ensure the unique taste of the packaging and meet the strict hygiene and safety standards such as food packaging.

Main Applications

Packaging field. It is widely used in various container packaging such as beverage bottles, edible oil bottles, condiment bottles, and medicine bottles. This not only meets the packaging needs of different products, but also effectively protects product quality and extends shelf life.
